Seasonal positions based in North Bay, ON. Work runs spring through late fall. Experience is valued but attitude matters more - we can teach skills, we can't teach reliability.
The backbone of every project. You'll be on-site doing the physical work that makes great landscaping happen - digging, compacting, laying stone, moving materials, and keeping the job site clean and organised.
You've been on job sites before and know how to keep a crew moving. As crew lead you'll be responsible for daily project execution, keeping things on schedule, and making sure the quality standard holds from first shovel to final cleanup.
We use heavy equipment on grading, drainage, and excavation work. If you know how to operate a skid steer, mini-excavator, or plate compactor safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you. Bonus points for a valid driver's licence and clean abstract.
